We take security seriously.

Whether you want to host your Clockwork install online or offline, we’ve thought of every security problem and have developed robust security systems to keep your facility running like clockwork.

Online Security

If you opt to host your Clockwork instance online, we strongly recommend AWS due to its inbuilt security measures, here’s what Amazon has to say about their security measures:

“Build with the Highest Standards for Privacy and Data Security. AWS is vigilant about your privacy. With AWS you can build on the most secure global infrastructure, knowing you always own your data, including the ability to encrypt it, move it, and manage retention.Build with the Highest Standards for Privacy and Data Security. Offline Security

If you opt to host your Clockwork instance locally, we can facilitate this with an on-site server running a virtual machine. The only connectivity that’s required is a once-weekly (half hour) automatic check for security and maintenance purposes.

How we secure Clockwork

Clockwork WMS employs stringent round-the-clock monitoring tools, controls and policies and a dedicated international (Australia, Europe and the UK) security team to ensure that it provides the strongest security for its customers.

Clockwork has met a host of audit and security standards including SOC 1, SOC 2, PCI-DSS and EU-US Privacy Shield framework. In addition, Clockwork has modeled its security and risk management processes according to National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and ISO 27000 series of standards.
